We build a crew around every project from people we’ve worked with for years. Pete is all in on every client, and so is everyone he brings in. They’re more than good at the job. They’re good people.
The studio
We’ve been at this a while.
Ready Fire Digital is founded and directed by Pete Larson. Pete has spent twenty years with a camera to his eye, in the edit bay, and deep in website builds. He’s watched plenty of projects go great and a few go sideways. Like the account manager who booked the shoot before anyone understood the message. The agency that crammed six messages into one video and landed none. The sales guy who sold a platform the client couldn’t update. He’s seen them all, so yours starts with the questions that head them off.
It's not easy to be on camera, but I felt like I was just having a conversation and Pete pieced it together to make me look better than I am.
First we talk. You tell us what you’re great at, and we figure out how to show it.
Then you get a proposal, and the price holds to the scope. We do the homework before anyone touches a camera, so the shoot feels like a conversation. When the site launches, your team already knows how to run it.
Built to last
Most fires get built to flare up and flame out. Ours gets built to last, with the big logs on the bottom and the kindling on top. Light the top, and each layer catches the one below it. With a little tending, it burns all night.
That’s the job. Each project lights the next, and nothing starts from scratch.
Our clients stick around because we’re kinda obsessed with making them look good. The site gets looked after, the video library keeps growing, and the photos make everyone who skipped the conference wish they’d gone.
I am tearing up after watching it! It's amazing Pete. Thank you so much.
